REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Either parent should come with the child to register and bring along the following:

Original copy of the child’s Birth Certificate (for Singaporeans).

Original copy of the child’s PR Certification / Re-entry permit / Dependant Pass / Long Term Visit Pass (for non-Singaporeans);

Both parents’ identity cards / employment passes / dependant passes

Child’s immunisation records and
-
S$150.00 (9% GST included) registration fee (non-refundable)

PHASE 1A & 1B (Completed)
For internal promotion and transfer.
PHASE 2A (Completed)
[For PN, Nur, K1, and K2 levels only]
Thursday, 4 Apr 2024 to Friday, 5 Apr 2024
9am to 12pm (on first come first served basis)
At Omega Wing Level 1 Carnival Ground
For children whose siblings are currently pupils of Living Sanctuary Childcare. Letters for registration are sent through the students and parents can register their younger children on the dates stipulated.
PHASE 2B
[For PN, Nur, K1, and K2 levels only]
Thursday, 18 Apr 2024 to Friday, 19 Apr 2024
10am to 12pm (on first come first served basis)
At Omega Wing Level 1 Carnival Ground
For children whose siblings are current students from Living Sanctuary Kindergarten. Letters for registration are sent through the students and parents (from Living Sanctuary Kindergarten) can register their younger children on the dates stipulated.
PHASE 2C
[For PN, Nur, K1, and K2 levels only]
Monday, 29 Apr 2024 to Tuesday, 30 Apr 2024
10am to 12pm (on first come first served basis)
At LSC Office (Omega Wing - Level 3)
For children whose siblings/parents are former pupils of Living Sanctuary Preschool.
PHASE 3

Friday, 10 May 2024
10am to 12pm (on first come first served basis)
At Omega Wing Level 2 MPH
For children who are not eligible for Phase 1 and Phase 2.
