F.A.Q.

Updated as of 04.01.2024

I DO NOT HAVE A ROOMMATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You may still register and make payment for the camp. In the camp registration form, select "TWIN SHARING (REQUIRE ROOMMATE)" and we will make arrangements for you to room with another camper of the same gender.

I'M NOT TOO SURE IF I CAN MAKE IT FOR THE CAMP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Register and make full payment first to enjoy the early bird discount! Before the deadline for full refund on 1 May 2024, please confirm if you would be able to attend the camp. Please do note that the return coach is non-refundable.

I PURCHASED A SEAT FOR THE RETURN COACH. HOWEVER, I'M NOT TAKING THE BUS BACK. CAN I GIVE MY PAID SEAT TO MY FRIEND OR HAVE A 50% REFUND?

As all the coach passengers are covered under a group insurance by the bus company, you will not be able to transfer your seat to someone else. The coach fee is packaged for a two-way transport and cannot be pro-rated for a single trip.

I’VE PURCHASED A SEAT FOR THE RETURN COACH, HOWEVER I'VE DECIDED TO FLY TO AND FROM KL. CAN I REFUND OR GIVE MY PAID SEAT TO MY FRIEND?

As all the coach passengers are covered under a group insurance by the bus company, you will not be able to transfer your seat to someone else. The coach fee is non-refundable.

CAN I JUST JOIN PART OF THE CAMP PROGRAMME? I WANT TO HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SHOP AND EAT!

The purpose of the church camp is for our members to experience both spiritual nourishment and rest. Please participate fully in the entire camp programme, which will include ample time for shopping and meals outside of the hotel. You may also want to extend your stay pre-camp and/or post-camp for a longer holiday in KL

WHAT HAPPENS IF I TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 JUST BEFORE THE CAMP?

According to current COVID-19 measures implemented by Singapore, you will be required to self-isolate for at least 72 hours, before taking an ART to check if you have recovered. You will only be allowed to come for the camp if your ART shows a negative result.

As we are unable to refund your camp fees after 31 May 2024, every camper should purchase their own travel insurance that includes COVID-19 coverage.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 DURING THE CAMP?

Once you have tested positive for COVID-19, please remain in your hotel room and inform the camp committee immediately. We will work closely with the hotel in accordance to the prevailing local regulations and with your family to ensure your wellbeing. We also strongly encourage every camper to purchase their own travel insurance that includes COVID-19 coverage.

IS TRAVEL INSUARANCE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE CAMP FEES?

No. Please purchase your own travel insurance for this trip. Do ensure that the travel insurance you purchase also includes COVID-19 add-ons for before and during the trip.

I WANT TO GO FOR CAMP, BUT I REQUIRE FINANCIAL SUPPORT.

Fret not! Drop us an email with details of your situation, and we will check how the church community can be of support to you.

WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR THE CHILDREN'S PROGRAMME?

The provided children's programme is for children ages 4 to 11 years old.
